Job Description Company Overview We are working with a high-growth FinTech company, which provides cutting-edge embedded finance solutions to e-commerce, technology and payments companies globally. Role Overview Due to rapid expansion, they are looking to add a Senior Legal Counsel to their in-house legal team based in London (on a hybrid basis). The Legal team is at the core of business operations, sitting and collaborating closely with commercial, product, finance, and capital markets departments. This position will work across the organisation to drive growth in alignment with their ambitious targets, supporting their UK, US and European operations, and facilitating expansion into new jurisdictions. This role provides a clear path for progression, with the potential to step into a Head of Legal position, including responsibilities for mentoring and managing junior lawyers within the team. Candidate Requirements 6-9 PQE, Magic Circle or US Law Firm trained Capital markets or finance background Some in-house exposure to a start-up/scale-up data-driven environment within tech or fintech is highly desirable A strong interest in a diverse range of work and a willingness to learn, rather than focusing on a specific area of law Ambitious team player
