Join the Megaproject Powering Britain's Future. Rullion is proud to be working in partnership with one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the UK - Hinkley Point C. This next-generation nuclear power station is already supporting 22,000 jobs and, upon completion, will deliver zero-carbon electricity to 6 million homes.
As the project scales up, we are searching for a Senior Logistics Capacity Manager to join the core Logistics Planning team, ensuring critical materials, components, and equipment are delivered with precision across a complex, regulated environment.
The Role: As a Senior Logistics Capacity Manager, you'll act as a vital link between off-site 3PL warehousing partners and internal logistics operations. You'll consolidate inventory and capacity data, identify bottlenecks, and lead the planning of logistics services in alignment with the project's 12-month integrated schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and interpret warehouse capacity and inventory inputs from 3PL partners.
- Lead capacity assessments to identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Work alongside the Senior Logistics Planning Manager to support performance metrics and reporting.
- Support operational forums with data insights to drive logistics efficiency.
- Build robust relationships with construction, procurement, and warehouse stakeholders.
- Present performance trends to senior stakeholders to influence strategic logistics planning.
- Champion best practices across logistics, data integrity, safety, and nuclear compliance.
What we're looking for:
This role is ideal for logistics professionals who thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments and bring deep experience from highly regulated or engineering-led industries such as nuclear, aerospace, or major infrastructure.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 5+ years in logistics or supply chain operations, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or energy.
- Expertise in warehouse management, logistics planning, and capacity analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to interpret data and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with logistics software tools such as WMS, Power BI, and MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and planning software advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in logistics, engineering, or related discipline.
- Experience in nuclear, aerospace, engineering, or major infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
