We have an exciting opportunity for a Service and Breakdown Gas Engineer to join our client's team. This full-time role is integral to delivering high-quality, cost-effective heating system maintenance, compliance testing, and repairs across a range of retail and private properties. Role Highlights: ·Position: Service and Breakdown Gas Engineer ·Working Hours: 40 hours per week + on-call rotation (paid at additional rate) ·Salary: £39,000 – £43,000 per annum (based on experience) Key Responsibilities: ·Conduct reactive repairs and servicing for heating systems, boilers, fires, and appliances across various fuel types. ·Issue safety certificates and notices in line with gas safety regulations. ·Maintain accurate service records. ·Manage and replenish van stock efficiently. ·Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota for emergency coverage. ·Drive company vehicles safely and maintain equipment and tools to high standards. ·Collaborate with team members and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
