We are seeking an outstanding WMS Software Sales Executive to strengthen our client's position as a premier provider of WMS solutions. This is a strategic and fast-paced role, and the successful candidate will be joining a dynamic and collaborative team.
The Role:
- As a trusted advisor, you will engage with warehouse and logistics professionals, understanding their challenges and helping them optimize their operations using our WMS platform.
- You will be responsible for developing new business by targeting greenfield opportunities and working through a consultative sales process.
- Working closely with our client's ADR team, you will take ownership of building your own pipeline.
- The sales team is driven, accountable, and results-oriented, yet highly collaborative to ensure overall success.
- We are looking for proactive individuals who bring fresh ideas to market outreach and lead generation.

Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prospect and Sell WMS solutions to warehouse, logistics, and distribution businesses in the UK to achieve and exceed quota.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline that contributes at least 50% toward quota achievement.
- Engage in a consultative sales process, leveraging creativity and industry knowledge to drive results.
- Collaborate with Solution Consultants and internal teams to deliver compelling product demonstrations that address customer challenges.
- Work closely with marketing to generate leads and create targeted sales campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date industry and product knowledge to position yourself as an expert in warehouse management solutions.
- Use customer insights and industry trends to contribute to product strategy and development.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics (minimum 5 years warehouse experience preferred).
- Proven experience in Enterprise software sales, ideally WMS, ERP, TMS, or supply chain solutions.
- Thorough understanding of the customer sales cycle and consultative selling approach.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to pipeline development and sales strategy.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of collaboration within a geographically diverse team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Understanding of contracts and procurement processes is a plus.
- UK-based with a valid drivers license.
