We are supporting a well-established company based in Loughton with recruiting for an Administrator & Events Coordinator on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

This is a part time opportunity working 2-3 days per week (7.5 hours per day). The salary is paying between £28k-£30k pro-rata (DOE) and the role is office-based with free parking on site.

Duties will include:

  • Booking and arranging venues and sending out invitations for corporate and social events and conferences

  • Responsible for internal communications and uploading onto the business website and other social platforms with company updates

  • Organising photography for the business when required

  • Assisting with reports and diary management

  • Supporting with general administrative tasks to support the team
