Overview
Sales Progressor required for our progressing and expanding independent property client based on the outskirts of Colchester. If you are an experienced sales progressor seeking a new exciting challenge with no weekends, working from a modern office, with a friendly team this is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced estate agent or legal property professional to join our client\’s expanding team in this role of sales progressor.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with all parties involved in the property sale
- Proactively manage the progression of property sales
- Collate information and updates on the progress of the sale and related transactions
- Compile reports based on the updates provided
- Proactively manage and deal with issues that arise to minimise impact on timescales
- Office based Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm
The Person
- Previous experience gained working in property either from estate agency and/or legal
- Must possess full driver\’s license
- Target driven
- Friendly and happy manner
- Able to communicate with people of all levels
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Able to work to deadlines
- IT literate
