The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
We’re working closely with a main contractor to support with closing out AMP7 and starting some early work going into AMP8 next year. The projects will include design and build schemes up to £100m on existing and new build assets across the Thames Water network spanning Berkshire, Surrey and South West London. They are recruiting a Project Manager to manage individual projects up to £25m or a portfolio of lower value schemes. Each of these projects will have a structured team of Agents, Engineers and a commercial team who you’ll work closely with to achieve the best results for both contractor and client. Key Duties: * Early contractor engagement with the client and internal design teams * Plan and lead workshops/event for internal and external stakeholders * Ensure the project is meeting overall quality and environmental specifications * Work with a Risk Manager to identify and risks and opportunities * Line management of operational team, comprising of Agents, Foreman, Engineers, TWC etc. * Lead the commercial team to manage risk, profitability, cashflow as well as any change in the scope or programme. * Overall responsibility to ensure CDM is applied in line with legislation Experience of working the water sector is favourable but not essential however we expect a Project Manager to have shown a clear route of progression through engineering roles and management before becoming a Project Manager.
