Sales Director (Individual Contributor) – Non Invasive Programmatic Ad Tech
Up to £80k base + 70-80% OTE
x3 days in the London Office
*This is an Individual Contributor role, not a management position.
The technology enables brands to engage customers in a non-invasive manner.
Instead of serving ads immediately on a site and repeatedly annoying consumers, they have their own inventory that allows customers to engage with content peacefully. Ads are only served when the consumer shows disengagement behaviors.
The company works across most SSPs and DSPs in a cross-channel manner.

The Role
- Focus on new business, targeting large media agencies (big 6) and direct brands.
- *This is a senior individual contributor role, not a management position, selling programmatic adtech.
- Hunt new business from scratch, managing complex sales processes with ongoing discovery.
Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience selling programmatic adtech to media agencies.
- Good contacts at GroupM, Dentsu, and/or IPG.
- Willingness to start in a cold patch / new business role.
- Proven longevity in roles with consistent target achievement.
- Ability to work in the London office 3 days a week.
