James Gray Recruitment are actively looking for a Sub Agent on behalf of one of our key civil engineering clients for work in the Aberdeen area. Our client: • A UK leading civil engineering contractor know for their delivery of high-value water infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project progression. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all site activities. • Monitor project progress and report on performance metrics, including cost control and schedule adherence. What you will need to be successful: • Proven experience in civil engineering preferably within water or utilities infrastructure. • Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple aspects of site management. • Relevant qualifications in civil engineering.
