We have some exciting opportunities for Manufacturing / Factory Operators to join our dedicated team at our Crediton site as we look to increase the volumes we produce.
As part of our small Factory team, you will play a crucial role in making, producing and packing our products. This is a busy role and one where you’ll be involved in all aspects of the manufacturing process, ensuring that every sweet meets our rigorous quality standards.
What you’ll be doing:

Measuring and weighing ingredients

Operating equipment/machinery
-
Issuing and storing goods and materials

Ensure machinery is cleaned to a high standard

Perform routine quality checks to maintain our high standards, including taste panels and customer feedback.

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean, organised workspace.

Support our Multi-Skilled Operators with line setup.

Adhere to strict Health and Safety guidelines at all times.

Contribute to achieving team KPIs by working efficiently and collaboratively.

Reliability: You consistently show up , get the job done well and have a strong work ethic.
