We’re a team of passionate professionals who believe in doing the right thing — for our clients, our communities, and each other. For over 15 years, we’ve supported people to live independently and safely in their own homes — and that means ensuring our teams have the tools, knowledge and support they need to succeed.

- Access to our digital training systems and learning tools
- A varied workload across different teams, sites and roles
- The opportunity to directly shape team performance and culture
Some perks to sweeten the deal:
- Paid mileage for visits to hubs
- Regular CPD opportunities and support with personal development
- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
- Opportunity to work on transformation projects and new site rollouts
- A collaborative, feedback-driven culture
Your typical duties may include:
- Designing and delivering structured training sessions on digital systems, internal processes, and soft skills
- Supporting new starters with onboarding and induction
- Carrying out training needs analysis and tailoring support to different teams
- Delivering deskside and in-person training across local hubs
- Updating training content to reflect system/process changes
- Monitoring attendance, learner engagement and training outcomes
- Providing feedback to managers on employee progress and development needs
- Ensuring compliance with all training, safeguarding and safety standards
What we’re looking for:
- Experience designing and delivering training in a professional setting
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident with digital systems and able to simplify complex tools
- A people-first mindset with the ability to adapt to different learner needs
- Organised, self-motivated and able to travel to local hubs as needed. You’ll need to be a driver with access to a car to apply
- Comfortable with training across multiple subjects — from systems to soft skills
- Experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment is a plus
This could be the start of a rewarding and impactful chapter with Routes — where your passion for training helps shape the future of care. Apply today and help us build confident, capable teams that change lives every day.
