An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Electrical Installations Lecturer or Electrical industry professional to join a leading Construction department at a thriving further education college in Cambridgeshire. About the Role This position involves teaching Electrical Installations up to Level 3, delivering both practical and theoretical lessons to a diverse group of learners. The role also includes supporting students through tutorials, contributing to course development, and completing associated administrative duties. Who We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will: Hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations and the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Have 5–10 years of industry experience in Electrical Installations. Be passionate about sharing their expertise and developing learners’ skills. Full teacher training is available, and candidates without a teaching qualification will initially be capped at £29,000, plus a market supplement (up to a max of £5,000) and access to the £6,000 Levelling Up Fund.
