A fantastic opportunity has become available for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work for a heavy manufacturing business in Chesterfield. Location- Chesterfield Working Hours: 3 shifts rotating- Days, afters, nights Salary: £40,000 + Benefits: Weekly bonus• Attendance bonus x2 a year• Lots of overtime available• extra holiday after 5 years service• Pay rise every JanuaryMechanical Fitter Duties and Responsibilities include: • To carry out breakdowns and preventative maintenance on equipment as part of the PPM scheme • Working with the Electrical Engineer on shift to assist with project work and compliance when needed• To produce a daily report of work done, spares used, follow up as required • Assist with installations as and when required • Working to a continuous improvement focus The successful Mechanical Fitter will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience: • NVQ Level 3 or above in Mechanical Engineering • Experience doing both preventative and reactive maintenance • Previously worked in a heavy manufacturing environment previously• Have a flexible, can do attitude • Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems For further details please contact Beth Roberts or Jake Shaw at Elevation Recruitment.
