About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organisation. You will be responsible for overseeing the outsourced payroll for six entities across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, with further expansion expected in 2025. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while managing outsourced providers and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end outsourced payroll for multiple European countries.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, collective agreements, and internal standards.
- Collaborate with HR teams and external providers to ensure data accuracy.
- Lead process improvements and identify automation opportunities.
- Support gender pay gap reporting, average holiday pay, and PSA submissions.
- Manage one Payroll Specialist and oversee the outsourced payroll provider.
What Weβre Looking For:
- Previous experience of European payroll is essential.
- Strong knowledge of payroll regulations across multiple countries.
- Proficiency in Excel and HCM systems.
