Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to join a growing and dynamic main contractor within the social housing sector Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, we are looking to welcome a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to our expanding commercial team.
About Us:
We are a well-established Main Contractor specialising in planned maintenance and refurbishment projects within the social housing sector. With a strong presence across Kent and South London, our reputation is built on delivering high-quality work with a customer-first approach.
The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of planned maintenance projects, ensuring works are delivered on time and within budget. The role will be a mix of office-based work (Kent) and regular site visits across South London.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing costs on a wide range of social housing refurbishment projects

Preparing tender and contract documents

Conducting cost analysis and forecasting

Valuing completed work and arranging payments

Managing subcontractor accounts and negotiations

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other construction professionals
About You:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor

Strong background in planned maintenance within the social housing sector

Confident managing multiple projects and working independently

Excellent knowledge of standard forms of contract

Full UK driving licence (travel to South London sites required)
