Your Role:
- Lead the development of robust antibody characterization workflows, including stress testing, sequence liability analysis, and PTM/glycan profiling.
- Collaborate with Bioconjugation and Downstream Manufacturing teams to optimize analytical protocols, including drug-to-antibody ratio (DAR) determinations.
- Partner with Antibody Engineering to innovate and characterize novel antibody and ADC formats.
- Keep meticulous records of experiments and foster seamless communication across interdisciplinary teams.
- Play a pivotal role in a cross-functional project team, advancing preclinical ADC assets through the early stages of drug discovery.
Your Expertise:
- Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Life Sciences or Chemistry with a strong foundation in Biochemistry.
- Analytical Skills: Mastery of mass spectrometry techniques (e.g., peptide mapping, DAR determination), proficiency with tools like MassHunter and Agilent systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in LC-MS, HIC-HPLC, SEC, IEX, and RP-HPLC; experience with Chromeleon and Vanquish UHPLC systems is a bonus.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to develop and troubleshoot analytical methods for protein and conjugate characterization.
