We are looking for experienced HR Advisors to support with a number of change projects and large scale consultation exercises, some of which may result in redundancies.
The primarily responsibility will be supporting line managers and their team members with the individual consultation exercise for a large number of employees, along with any other people issues / employee relations cases arising from the change programmes.

Supporting and adapting to the changing needs of the change programmes

Supporting business leaders, line managers and employees with individual consultation meetings (including any notice meetings, if applicable)

Planning and scheduling meetings in accordance with agreed timescales, preparing invite letters/emails and calendar invites

Script drafting, where applicable, and assisting with other relevant documentation or letter writing, where required

Briefing/coaching line managers and providing legally sound advice and guidance to employees and line managers, taking ownership of collating questions and obtaining answers

Taking ownership of ad-hoc issues and escalating high risk matters appropriately

Note taking in formal consultation meetings, including some collective consultation meetings if required

Act as a first point of contact for employees affected by the change programmes, and their line managers, providing continuity of support

Support with data capture to ensure accurate reporting to senior management for monthly change check-in meetings or ad-hoc requests for information

Support any administrative or transactional requirements associated with updating employee records, as required

Assisting with the production of Q&A documentation or other central comms to employees and/or line managers, where required

Support employees, inside and outside of their consultation meetings, with their questions or concerns

Coordination of follow-up paperwork, where required

Supporting day to day ER casework and BAU work, where required, * Contractors who are based at Kingston will be eligible to get free parking at a local carpark

The position is based in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 6 Months (Possibility to extend), requiring 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £46,500 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
