We are delighted to be working with a leading Solicitors in central Oxford to recruit an Administrator to join their Facilities team. You will be the sole Facilities point of contact for the Oxford office, working with a wider network of Facilities across the other branches of the business. As the Facilities Assistant you will: – Be the first point of contact for any facilities/health & safety issues – Welcome visitors to the office – Carry out inspections and report any issues to the maintenance team – Process any incoming and outgoing deliveries – Arrange repairs or replacements for any office equipment and furniture – Complete compliance audits as per agreed timescales – Assist H&S Manager to ensure H&S regulations are adhered to – Support wider team with diary management, travel arrangements and organising office events We are looking for an individual with experience in Administration or Facilities, who is organised, personable and has excellent attention to detail. This is a full time office based role, working 9:00 – 17:00 hours per week Monday to Friday.
