Senior level salary plus package Mon to Fri Hybrid role – home based with national travel Here at ISS, as one of the UK’s premier Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to develop our engineering leadership across our fastest growing UK&I Segment – Government, Healthcare and Education – where we have acquired multiple key accounts in recent times with growth showing no signs of stopping Having developed the Engineering Governance arm, we are now looking to add the Senior Operational Leadership across the entire segment, with the portfolio stretching from South England to Scotland, consisting of hospitals, government facilities and schools. You will drive statutory standards, key objectives, and operating practices directing and reviewing the performance of all technical accounts and services, using known data and reporting, to improve and maintain compliance and capability standards. Using your commercial awareness you will be responsible for the sustainable and profitable growth of Technical Services through the Commercial team, to keep, to win, grow strategy and to take ownership for technical springboard activities. This is a fantastic role for a Senior Leader within Operations with a Healthcare or Government bias to develop further in improving the operational capacity of the fastest growing segment for a world leading FM provider Actions will include: To champion a safe, compliant, and functional Government, Healthcare and Education segment working environment with KAPD and Account management of Technical Services. Implementation of the company strategy within the account through a collaborative approach To own and lead Technical Services operations across Government, Healthcare and Education through a matrix management model with current line management. Internal and external stakeholder relationship management through best practice. Assessment, innovation, and implementation of team synergies throughout the delivery structure and assess suitability. Ensure the service delivery meets client expectation levels through documented SLAs / KPIs, and associated reporting processes owned by Performance leads and Operations performance. Drive savings, efficiencies and ensure continuous improvement with the service delivery model. Focus on service delivery improvements and innovations that enhance the reputation of the employer as a world class service provider.
