Corporate Security Officer provides a friendly but firm, reassuring and professional security presence. Note: This is a permanent site in Plymouth. Applicants must be flexible and be able to work on short notice if required. It will be beneficial if you have your own transport. WEEKLY PAY AVAILABLE. Purpose of the Job: The purpose of the job is to maintain the safety of the site. Security personnel has a vital role in ensuring that the site environment is a safe and welcoming one and accessible to residents and staff members. Job includes general security role tasks, including foot patrols, access control, deterring anti-social behaviour, and criminal activity. Duties: Provide a friendly but firm, reassuring and professional security presence. Assist with requests for security, safety, and related services from staff and visitors. Assist in day-to-day security activities. Work with staff and visitors in a professional and cooperative manner for a prompt response to calls for security. Ensure that all aspects of security activities within the premises are being adhered to. Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities. Liaise with the police and management where required.
