The ideal candidate will have a PA/Team Assistant background where they have previously arranged and coordinated travel for a team. The successful person will need to be flexible and happy to sit on reception to cover for lunch or for the last hour of the day and provide other administrative support as part of the team.
The Travel Coordinator Role:
As Travel Coordinator, this role will be pivotal to the success of logistics for colleagues travelling across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities will be varied to include:

Booking travel and accommodation for across the UK and Europe

Booking travel for candidates to attend onsite events, interviews, assessment days and internships

Utilising databases and vendor portals

Processing travel expenses and related administration

Opportunity to have impact over processes and add value to the team.

Have experience with travel coordination or scheduling e.g. as Executive Assistant

Have exceptional customer service skills

Have a solution-driven approach, with the ability to confidently manage conflicting priorities and requests

Be highly organised and detail orientated

Be able to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Standard hours are 9am – 6pm
