An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Field Service engineer to join one of our rapidly growing Industrial Water Treatment clients. This role will play a crucial role in our client's operations, ensuring their water treatment systems are maintained and serviced as well as installing and commissioning new systems on customer sites.
Salary: Up to £45k p/a DOE
Location: Oxford/ Berkshire - Willing to travel
Working hours: Monday - Friday (40 Hours)
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Carrying out Service and Maintenance duties on water treatment systems on customer sites which includes equipment such as: Reverse Osmosis, Deionisers, Filtration, Water Softeners
- Once trained, installing and commissioning new water treatment systems
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and their employees, ensuring all needs are adhered to in-line with our client's specifications
- Completion of Service reports and other relevant reports/documentation
- Be a keen problem solver - troubleshoot and resolve client issues both on-site and remotely
Requirements:
- Recent experience in mechanical/electromechanical maintenance or field service role - ideally within the Water Treatment industry
- Possess a Full-UK Driving License and be willing to travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication at all levels
- IT literate - including Microsoft Office
- Qualified to GCSE level including English and Maths
