Hygiene Manager

Overview: This role is working permanent nights Sunday to Thursday (There is some flex on days i.e Monday to Saturday). Job Overview We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Hygiene Manager. This role reports directly to the Head of Technical. Duties * Manage a team of hygiene operatives. * Work closely with the Technical and Operations team. * Carrying out hygiene audits across the site * Deep cleaning of high levels, drains and site storage areas. * Carrying out environmental swabbing as required * Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered as per production plan. * Respond to any hygiene-related incidents or concerns promptly and effectively. * Maintain accurate records of hygiene audits, inspections, and training sessions. Essential * BRC v9 requirements and UK retailers’ codes of practices. * Involved with site hygiene audits.
