Senior Operations Manager (Hard FM)

Facilitate Search have partnered with a UK leading FM provider to seek a Senior Operations Manager (Hard FM) to head up one of their critical contracts in the North West. 🔧 Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the delivery of all hard services (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, BMS, etc.) across multiple critical sites. * Lead and manage a team of Technical Managers * Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, health & safety policies, and industry standards. * Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and innovation in technical services. * Provide technical guidance and support for complex maintenance and engineering issues. 🎯 What We\’re Looking For: * Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical facilities management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of building systems, legislation, and compliance standards (e.g., SFG20, ISO, HTM, etc.). * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
