Our client is seeking an exceptional Senior Associate Solicitor to lead their Asia Pacific client portfolio within their prestigious Residential Property team. This is a unique opportunity to join a top-tier City law firm recognised for delivering premium, bespoke legal services to international High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) investing in prime London Residential real estate.
About the Role
You will play a key leadership role, managing high-value residential transactions and developing our client base across Asia, with a particular focus on Hong Kong and Greater China. Acting as the main point of contact for Asia-based clients, you will provide strategic, culturally fluent guidance and legal expertise to HNWIs navigating the complexities of UK property investment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage high-value residential property transactions in prime central London.
- Develop and expand our Asia Pacific client base, with a focus on Chinese-speaking markets.
- Provide tailored legal advice to overseas buyers, companies, property developers and banks.
- Represent the firm at international client events, industry conferences, and private networking opportunities.
- Mentor junior team members and support the continued growth of the residential property department.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with at least 6 years’ PQE in residential real estate.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese.
- Proven experience acting for HNWIs from Asia investing in UK property.
- Deep understanding of the cultural, legal, and practical issues faced by overseas buyers.
- Exceptional client care skills and a commitment to delivering a premium service.
