Teaching Tomorrow is working in partnership with a welcoming and forward-thinking 2-form entry primary school in Dunstable to recruit an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher for a permanent role starting in September 2025. We are looking for a committed professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and fostering a love for learning in young children.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that supports all learners
- Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, events, or school initiatives
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in a Primary and/or KS1 setting
- A solid understanding of the KS1 national curriculum
- Strong classroom management skills and a nurturing teaching style
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A commitment to professional development and whole-school collaboration
