About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy, planning, and execution throughout the product lifecycle. This includes identifying market opportunities, defining requirements, and ensuring the delivery of products that meet business objectives and exceed client expectations. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.
This is a remote position where you’ll be required to go into the offices in Reading once a month.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product strategies, exploring new markets and offerings.
- Own and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing strategic and tactical initiatives in key areas.
- Define and communicate market opportunities, use cases, and requirements within an Agile framework.
- Champion the product internally and externally, collaborating with sales, partners, and key customers.
- Lead product launches and coordinate training on product features and functionality.
- Analyse market trends to develop innovative ideas for new and existing products.
- Establish yourself as a technical product expert and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
About You
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably within enterprise SaaS and industries like life sciences or industrial products.
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a technical discipline.
- Proven ability to think strategically while excelling in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience as a Product Owner.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
