We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to operate within our clients busy production facility. This isn’t just about forklifts, though! You’ll be a key part of the team, also helping out with operating other machinery and driving other plant equipment as needed, and contributing to general housekeeping to keep our site running smoothly and safely.
Training: For the first 1-2 weeks, you will receive comprehensive training on the day shift to ensure you are fully proficient and signed off on all site-specific procedures.
Night Work: Once training is complete and you are signed off, this will be a permanent night shift position, starting at 00:00 (midnight).
Location: Our production site is located just outside Norwich.
Pay: £14 per hour.
Requirements:
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift license is essential.
- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a fast-paced environment.
- You must have your own reliable transport due to the unsociable hours and lack of public transport at midnight.
- A strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
