We are looking for a proactive and motivated E-Commerce & Magento Assistant to join the dynamic marketing team of one of our well-established clients near Keele! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic to intermediate Magento 2 experience who enjoys working across digital channels and supporting website performance. This Full-Time, Permanent position offers excellent career progression opportunities!
What you'll be doing:
- Support the day-to-day management of the company’s e-commerce platform (Magento 2)
- Update and maintain website content, including product pages and banners
- Assist with resolving simple website issues in coordination with external developers
- Help optimise digital marketing channels including social media and email marketing
- Work with internal teams to ensure product and promotional information is accurate and timely
- Support email marketing campaigns through the company’s ESP
- Assist with CRM updates and maintaining clean data for business development
- Help monitor and report on website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio
- Collaborate with third-party partners on user experience improvements
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm (flexible)
Pay: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Skills/Experience Required:
Essential:
- A valid UK driving licence
- Some experience with Magento 2 (updating pages, managing products, etc)
- Understanding of e-commerce principles and website content management
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and practices
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and handling CSV files
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage tasks across multiple projects

- Knowledge of SEO principles (training provided)
