Your new role You will be working in a two-form entry primary school based in Wirral. You will become part of their EYFS team supporting across F1 & F2 classrooms as well as supporting on a 1:1 basis when required. You will work closely with the class teacher and outside agencies to make sure that the pupils in your care get the best possible support. You will have the ability to plan and implement your own strategies where necessary. This is a full-time position starting in January and has the potential to become a fixed-term contact in the new academic year. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role as a Teaching Assistant, you must have experience working with children in the last 2 years, specifically within early years. Ideally, you will have some experience working with children who have additional needs. No qualification is required, but a Level 2 or 3 in childcare related subjects would be welcomed.
