Accounts Assistant Location: Ellesmere Port Salary: £27,000 Company Information SME manufacturer who make machinery and specialist farming equipment with a £5m turnover. Main Duties: Manage Accounts Payable Receive, match and post invoices / credit notes Reconcile and agree statements and request documents not received Deal with enquiries and disputes Collate payments for when due Manage trade accounts e.g. hotel chain and mobile phones Manage Accounts Receivable Issue customer invoices / credit notes Issue statements at regular intervals Deal with enquiries and disputes Manage receipt of documentation from customers following completion of non-UK transaction Manage sales data for presentation to members of the Senior Management Team (SMT) Manage the credit control in partnership with our third party finance providers Treasury Record receipts and payments to bank accounts in multi-currencies Reconcile bank accounts in multi-currencies Record and reconcile card accounts Experience AAT Level 2/3 or QBE Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Advanced level of MS Excel…
