The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
Our client is a leader in the Education field and is seeking an exceptional individual to join their Senior Leadership Team. This is a key strategic role, shaping the financial future of the institution while ensuring all the client sites remain safe and successful environments for learning and work.
This role will be based across their local sites and travel will be required as necessary- all close to each other.
Please note- only candidates with Senior Finance experience within the FE, HE, ITP or Education Sector will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, procurement, and risk management.
- Drive the effective delivery of estates management, capital projects, and health & safety.
- Act as the strategic lead for College MIS, student records, and compliance with GDPR.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to implement the vision, supporting students, staff, and community success.
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, auditors, and funding agencies.
About You:
We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to lead teams, innovate, and deliver results in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will have:
- A professional accounting qualification and senior financial management experience.
- Proven success in leading financial strategies in a public or commercial setting.
- Experience managing estates, health & safety, and capital development projects.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to deliver insights that drive decision-making.
