About the role:

  • Oversee the full customer journey to ensure a seamless and consistent experience across all digital touchpoints.
  • Drive the eCommerce trading strategy ensuring it is aligned with business goals.
  • Manage the daily operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and updates are in line with trading plans.
  • Lead and implement end-to-end reporting across all trading metrics, covering all markets and feeding into relevant teams.
  • Lead initiatives to attract and convert new customers through targeted CRM campaigns.
  • Create and maintain a CRM campaign calendar that strikes the right balance between promotional, educational, and product-centric messaging.
  • Manage day-to-day website operations, ensuring accurate product information, compelling promotions, and a frictionless user experience to maximise conversion rates.
  • Support omnichannel initiatives, including in-store promotions, drive-to-store campaigns, and event collaborations, to create a unified customer experience.
