Banking & Finance Lawyer – 3 month assignment
A well-respected law firm in London is looking to secure the assistance of a banking and finance Lawyer, with ideally between 2-8 years’ PQE, on a temporary basis. The assignment is anticipated to run for an initial period of 3 months, but has the potential to be extended further.
The successful Lawyer will join a tightly knit team, and can expect to have exceptional exposure to great quality work. The role will require expertise in borrower-side financing and LMA arrangements, acting to support M&A work.
The firm operates a hybrid working policy, with 3 days a week in the London office expected.
