Manage all activity in direct support of the CEO to provide a comprehensive high-level range of administrative, commercial, research, secretarial and support services and ensure the smooth running of the CEO’s Office

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximise the profile and impact of the CEO Office

Extensive, ever-changing diary management to maximise CEO’s time

Attend Board, Director, and SLT meetings, including preparing agenda’s, papers and talking minutes

Draft agendas and prepare briefs ahead of meetings for the CEO, looking at past agenda’s and previous topics that are relevant

Attend conferences and events on behalf of the CEO and report back

Process all expenses for the CEO

Draft tailored and specific business presentations
