We return back from the Christmas break with an exciting opportunity in the form of a Repairs Manager for a Bristol based organisation. You will be overseeing a team of Electricians, Multi Trades, Painters and Cleaners as well as 2 Administrators. Response repair experience will be useful and the ability to juggle high-volume, low value orders and also familiarity with using the NHF schedules., * Complete management of the contract from processing the surveys that come in

Oversee your teams so that all targets are met and as importantly, the quality of service is met at all times

Ensuring that health and safety is met at all times

Making sure a rigorous schedule of site visits/toolbox talks etc in place to satisfy our internal requirements

Highlighting any issues for that week and any measures we need to put in place to rectify them

Meeting with CB to oversee schedules and also resource

Ability to communicate at all levels from cleaning operatives /administration to managers

Ensure that there are resources in place to aid at any point of the role

Experience of using NHF schedules

Ability to manage a multi visit schedule for a number of operatives working with the scheduling department

An independence to present business cases for resource or change to enable the delivery of the contract

The capacity to accept growth and change within the contract and to be able to adapt quickly to its needs
