About the Role:
The Partnerships team at MG OMD works to identify solutions that help brands connect with even the hardest-to-reach audiences. Our approach focuses on delivering effective outcomes for clients, measured against clearly defined KPIs. We operate across all traditional media channels, established and emerging social and digital platforms, as well as new technologies. Creativity is central to our work, and we aim to deliver first-class activations across the MG OMD portfolio. We are responsible for activating bespoke content and sponsorships across all media channels.
This role involves leading a team while considering the bigger picture. How can we work differently to ensure we deliver top-tier work? How can you collaborate with leadership to nurture and develop the wider team? How can you leverage internal and external relationships to influence and enhance our work? How do you approach problems and work with key stakeholders to find solutions?
Account Directors should identify as the senior lead across all client accounts. You are responsible for all team outputs, maintaining a positive and professional attitude, and ensuring 100% attention to detail. You should have a solid understanding of all tasks your team undertakes and manage workloads effectively. You should think proactively, challenge briefs and budgets confidently to ensure delivery of best-in-class work.
You will also be responsible for the development of your direct team, working with leadership to ensure they have access to relevant training for effective progression.
The role requires building strong relationships with media partners and internal stakeholders, working collaboratively to identify new, innovative, and profitable opportunities for clients.
