Clerical Assistant required to cover reception duties in an office setting and generic associated business support tasks in a busy environment. We are looking for a candidate who possesses good communication skills, is able to use Microsoft packages and operate office equipment confidently. Children's Services is a fast paced environment and the support this role provides is mainly to Children's Services staff and visitors invited to the building to attend arranged meetings. Telephone contact can be with staff, the general public or other departmental colleagues. Use of our bespoke information management system will be expected in time and training will be provided for this.
Days to be worked are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
