This very creative high end London based residential developer is looking for a Senior Interior Designer to join their small team. Based in West London they are working on a hotel and a number of London and UK based development properties and would like to find an experienced designer who has knowledge of working at all stages of the property stages. They are very bespoke in design and all areas are highly detailed and designed. From the creative design to the site visits you’ll have an expert knowledge of how the process works. The company creates exceptional interiors to exceed their clients expectations.

As a Senior Designer you will have experience in :
- Excellent design from the creative to site details.
- Lead and manage the whole project to completion.
- A strong design and detail portfolio in high end residential or hospitality experience
- Client facing skills including collaborative design and brand knowledge.
- Create highly practical designs
- Play a pivotal role in driving success of projects and the company.
- Develop detailed plans including layouts, furniture selection, lighting and materials.
- Ensure budgets are kept and on schedule.
- Stay on trends and technology.
- Take regular site visits and be willing to travel when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years in working practice, ideally a knowledge of hotel projects and high end residential.
- Proficiency in Autocad, InDesign, and Adobe packages.
- Exceptional team player.
- Project Management experience and the ability to manage a number of projects at once.
- Ability to inspire and develop junior team members.
