You will be part of the Technology and Transformation team, you’ll join a growing community that thrives on solving complex challenges and making an impact that matters.
The Role:
As an identity engineer at the senior manager level, you’ll engage in dynamic and meaningful work that aligns with your skillset and the needs of Defence and Security clients. Your responsibilities may include:
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Developing and enforcing IAM policies and procedures.
• Participating in access control, identity management, and IAM-related audits and compliance activities.
• Monitoring and analysing access management systems, investigating and resolving issues.
• Supporting the creation of IAM documentation, training, and awareness programs.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IAM implementation and operations.
• Staying informed about emerging security threats and recommending improvements.
• Effectively communicating solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Essential Requirements:
• Experience in IAM design, implementation, and operational support.
• Strong understanding of security principles, access controls, and IAM best practices.
• The ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Currently holding active DV or SC clearance
