Accept Recruitment is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and highly organised Onboarding Coordinator to join our established client in Coalville. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a newly created position where you’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional onboarding experience for both permanent employees and agency staff. Working closely with HR and operational teams, you’ll support the full onboarding process and help new starters settle in and succeed from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new starters (permanent and agency staff)
- Prepare and distribute welcome packs and induction materials
- Order and track PPE and equipment before new starter arrival
- Assist new hires with system access (IT logins, time systems, training platforms)
- Maintain up-to-date training and induction records
- Work with line managers to implement tailored onboarding plans
- Deliver day-one orientation and factory tours
- Ensure accurate onboarding data in collaboration with recruitment and HR teams
- Conduct compliance checks including right-to-work and H&S induction
- Collect onboarding feedback and suggest improvements
- Support new hire queries and help manage contracts and policy documents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within HR, recruitment, or training
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
Desirable:
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry
- Familiarity with HR/onboarding systems
- First Aid or Health & Safety trained (or willing to be trained)
