This is a fantastic opportunity for an ECT to develop teaching skills in a supportive environment where you can make a real impact on children's learning and wellbeing.
This full-time position offers the chance for ECTs to grow professionally as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking school team.
About the Role- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons aligned with the Welsh primary curriculum
- Foster an inclusive and positive classroom atmosphere where every pupil feels valued
- Support the progress of all pupils, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Encourage and nurture both the academic and personal development of learners
- Qualified Early Career Teacher (ECT) with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Registered or willing to register with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
- Passionate about supporting young learners to achieve their full potential
- Experience or keen interest in working with pupils who have Additional Learning Needs
- Confident team player with excellent communication skills
- Holding a full UK driving licence is preferred but not essential
