Description
This awesome full service agency, is looking for a new business guru to join their team, who will bring with them connections, wisdom and experience and the ambition to hit the ground running and bring in big results.
You'll be responsible for their heading up and leading their new business work-stream, with the full backing and support of the team.
Responsibilities:
- identifying and targeting potential clients and business opportunities
- head up all areas of agency growth through new business, working across new opportunities, dormant clients and existing relationships
- developing a a robust sales pipeline
- building and nurturing relationships with key decision makers
- preparing and presenting presentations, proposals and pitches to potential clients
- negotiating and closing business deals and contract negotiations
- working cross functionally in the business to bring in the best skills sets for success
- representing the agency at industry events, networking opportunites and conferences
- regularly reporting on success and updating the Board
Experience
To be considered for this position, you'll be self motivated, commercially focused and target driven, and have experience in the following:
- a strong agency background, selling marketing , brand and comms content
- a track record of success in business development, sales and account management
