We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, independent housebuilder based in the South West. Known for their exceptional attention to detail and timeless, quality-led homes, they are expanding their land team and looking for a capable Land Buyer / Manager to join their growing operation.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for identifying, assessing, and acquiring land for residential development across Dorset and surrounding areas. From initial valuation and negotiation to liaising with legal teams and finalising contracts, you will be pivotal to the business’s strategic land growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site appraisals, valuations, and acquisitions.
- Identifying land opportunities through internal search and industry networks.
- Preparing offers and negotiating commercial terms.
- Handling strategic land agreements and liaising with stakeholders.
- Leading on Section 106 affordable housing negotiations.
