We are looking to add to our reception team. We want to hear from you, if you:
- Enjoy dealing with members of the public on the telephone and in person, and therefore have excellent communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner.
- Work with the minimum of supervision in a busy and sometimes stressful environment.
- Are patient focused and have compassion to communicate sensitively and effectively in challenging situations.
- Have excellent organisation and IT skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology preferred, but not essential.
- Are able to work flexible hours, according to the needs of the practice during periods of annual leave.
- Have vision, willingness and drive, to adapt to changes in the NHS.
- Understand the need for confidentiality.
- Are professional in your approach.
- Will be enthusiastic, happy to work independently and thrive on working to high standards.
- Have previous experience of working in a GP practice. Although experience is not essential, it is preferred.
