Senior Property Manager (Home based)

Regional Property Manager – (non-portfolio) – Fully home based (South East Region) – c£55k

We have EXCLUSIVE, EARLY ACCESS to a Regional Property Manager s role as follows:

• Large national property group, excellent reputation across all its trading brands
• Working fully home based (no requirement to manage a portfolio)
• Overseeing 6 x Property Managers, providing technical guidance and advice where required relating to complex major works, escalated resident complaints, mobilisations and any client queries/requests
• Region spreads from Herts to Kent, taking in London, so you can be based anywhere within and will spend time visiting Property Managers (and sites/clients) in their territories as required
• Reporting back to head office with regards to staff and portfolio performance

Suitable Senior Property Managers will have:

• Staff Management experience (at least 6 direct reports)
• 5-10 years property management experience, with a stable career history throughout (demonstrating clear progression)
• Extensive Leasehold Management expertise, with a thorough understanding of all current and evolving laws, amendments and regulations, including H&S / Fire Risk
• Excellent client and resident facing skills, with the ability to explain technical/legal matters, handle complaints, diffuse heated situations and retain sites through outstanding customer/client care
• A stable career history
• Ideally a recognised industry qualification

The successful Regional Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary of £50k plus £5250 car allowance and extensive benefits.
