We are looking for a dedicated Neighbourhood Response Officer to help ensure our neighbourhoods are places where people want to live. You’ll play a key role in delivering safe, clean, and well-maintained environments by working directly with residents, local groups, and partner agencies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out regular estate inspections and following up on fire safety
  • Investigating tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour
  • Supporting vulnerable residents and assessing sustainment needs
  • Collaborating with local partners on safety and community improvements
  • Representing in court proceedings and assisting with evictions
  • Supporting decants, property checks, and tenancy sign-ups

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Strong customer service experience, especially face-to-face
  • Confidence working independently and with external partners
  • The ability to assess situations and exercise good judgement
  • A proactive, solution-focused approach with resilience under pressure
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to respond to incidents at short notice and occasionally work evenings or weekends
