We have an opportunity available for a Bank Recovery Worker to join the team at Open Door based in Stockport, Greater Manchester SK1 1RJ. Please note, this position will involve providing cover for holidays and working weekends.

Salary: Β£12.60 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate, person-centered, and recovery-focused care and support.
  • Help individuals build resilience, coping strategies, and self-management skills.
  • Empower individuals to take control of their mental health and well-being in the long term.
  • Foster partnerships, signpost, and make referrals to ensure access to specialist, universal, and targeted support.

Qualifications:

It’s important to note that you do not need prior industry experience or any specific qualifications to be considered for this role. On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role. We are seeking individuals who can showcase that their personal values align with ours here at Making Space.
