We are a Taiwan bubble tea brand providing customers with healthier choices of beverages. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to grow with us. Good opportunities to become key position holders as we expand our footprint in this region.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and managing customer queries in a timely and efficient manner while assisting them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Preparing beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
- Utilizing proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served.
- Accurately processing customer orders, handling cash and electronic payments.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations.
- Ensuring sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, and handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed.
- Handling daily administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Responsible, highly motivated and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance.
- Prior working experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not mandatory but an added advantage. Training will be provided.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic skills for processing payment and handling cash transactions.
- Able to work as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth daily operation.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
This job has the following work schedule: Retail hours 44 hours/week, Shifting schedule, Flexible 5 or 6 days/week, Start work - Immediate, Part time: From $10/hr.
