We are seeking a Junior Systems Specialist with Salesforce experience to support and develop our internal business systems, working closely with technical teams to resolve issues and deliver system improvements.
This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on Salesforce experience to deepen their technical skills and get involved in real-world development and support work. You\’ll join a collaborative team maintaining and improving the systems that underpin a busy distribution and logistics business – with Salesforce at the heart of it all.
What you\’ll be doing:
Responding to technical queries and issues raised by internal teams
Investigating system problems and managing a central ticket queue
Supporting and learning from the Support Systems Specialist on a range of projects
Developing and customising Salesforce features and functions (with guidance)
Writing clear user guides and knowledge base content
Delivering basic training to system users when needed
Contributing to continuous improvement of the system and your own Salesforce skillset
The role is remote-first, but you\’ll need to be happy with occasional travel for collaboration or training.
What you\’ll need:
A solid understanding of how Salesforce works behind the scenes (not just how to use it)
Previous experience working in a technical support or systems-facing role
Confidence managing incoming requests or tickets, with a customer-focused approach
Logical problem-solving skills and a proactive, organised workstyle
Strong communication skills – able to explain technical details to non-technical users
Nice to have (but not essential):
Salesforce certification(s)
Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems
What you\’ll get in return:
A salary of £28,000 – £32,000 depending on experience
Remote working with flexible hours (Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours/week)
Exposure to hands-on Salesforce development and support
Opportunity to upskill and grow your technical capabilities in a real-world setting
